Allison represents public sector clients in litigation and matters relating to employment discrimination, civil rights, personal injury law, and other municipal matters. She has litigated cases involving alleged constitutional claims related to police and other law enforcement activities, employment disputes, union activities, property disputes, and personal injury. She advises clients in labor and employment matters, including investigations into workplace misconduct, potential violations of federal discrimination laws, and union relations. She has represented clients in administrative hearings, magistrate hearings, motions arguments, jury trials, and has briefed cases on appeal before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
On A Personal Note…
Allison grew up in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania and came to Southwestern Pennsylvania for college where she met her husband. Allison lives in West View with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing recreational soccer and kickball, traveling, and catching up on tv and reading. Allison can also be caught at a Steelers or Penguins game if tickets and a babysitter are available.
