Areas of Practice:

Nick represents primarily public sector clients, dividing his time between litigation matters such as employment discrimination, civil rights, and personal injury law, and labor and employment matters including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, interest arbitration, wage and hour disputes, compliance with federal and state nondiscrimination law, and workplace investigations.

Professional Background

A native of Latrobe, PA, Nick obtained his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Nick began his legal career by serving as a law clerk for judges at all three levels of Pennsylvania’s judiciary: Washington County’s Court of Common Pleas; the Pennsylvania Superior Court; and finally, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.   Nick moved into private practice, serving as a trial attorney with a boutique civil litigation firm before joining Campbell Durrant in 2026.

On a personal note:

Nick resides in Penn Township with his wife and two sons.  When he’s not spending time with his family, Nick is likely to be found swimming, biking, or running, having developed a passion for triathlons after finishing his first Ironman 70.3.
